Position Overview
The Project Manager is the critical link between the install crews, the customer, and the company. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, professionally, and to Riedl and Son’s standards—while delivering an excellent customer experience from the first day of installation through final walkthrough and completion.
This position oversees residential exterior projects including roofing, siding, windows, and decking, ensuring timelines, quality, communication, and customer satisfaction are all met or exceeded.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Production Management
- Manage assigned projects from start of installation through final customer walkthrough
- Coordinate daily with install crews to ensure scope, materials, and expectations are clearly understood
- Monitor job progress, quality, and safety on-site
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and issues are proactively addressed
- Work closely with the Production Manager to align priorities and resolve challenges
Crew Communication & Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact between install crews and the company
- Provide crews with job details, updates, and clarification as needed
- Conduct job site visits to support crews and verify workmanship
- Help resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally
Customer Experience & Communication
- Act as the primary customer-facing contact during the installation phase
- Set clear expectations with customers regarding timeline, process, and next steps
- Provide updates throughout the project and address questions or concerns promptly
- Conduct final walkthroughs with customers to ensure satisfaction and completion
- Represent the company professionally and reinforce trust at every interaction
Quality Control & Documentation
- Verify work meets company standards and manufacturer specifications
- Identify and document punch list items and ensure completion
- Coordinate corrections or warranty-related follow-ups as needed
- Maintain accurate project notes and status updates

Preferred / Bonus
- Experience in roofing, siding, windows, or decking
- Prior project management or construction coordination experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) — highly valued
- Familiarity with residential construction schedules and processes

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,458.75 - $75,810.55 per year
