Responsibilities
You’ll work side-by-side with experienced installers learning real skills in the field:
- Assist with HVAC system installations
- Help remove and replace AC systems, air handlers, and ductwork
- Carry equipment, prep materials, and set up job sites
- Learn how to run refrigerant lines, electrical, and drainage
- Support system start-ups and testing
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Deliver a 5-STAR experience to homeowners
Experience
- Strong work ethic (this matters more than experience)
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on background (construction, automotive, etc. is a plus)
- Positive attitude & coachable mindset
- Ability to work in attics, outdoors, and tight spaces
- Team player mentality
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check & drug screening
