BK Insurance is seeking professional, dependable Seasonal Medicare Enrollment Specialists to support clients during the busy Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). This is a fully remote seasonal opportunity ideal for experienced professionals who enjoy helping people, building client relationships, and providing excellent customer support.
We are looking for individuals who are comfortable speaking with Medicare-age clients, assisting with enrollment support, reviewing plan options, and helping clients navigate important healthcare decisions during Medicare Open Enrollment.
This is a high-volume seasonal role with full-time hours available during peak enrollment months. For the right individual, there may be potential for ongoing or long-term opportunities beyond the AEP season based on performance, business needs, and overall fit with our team.
What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement enrollment support
- Conduct client follow-up calls and provide enrollment assistance
- Review Medicare plan options and benefits with clients
- Schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication
- Document client interactions accurately within CRM systems
- Support enrollment-related administrative tasks
- Maintain compliance with Medicare and HIPAA guidelines
- Provide professional, compassionate client service
Qualifications
- Active Health Insurance License (any state required)
- Medicare Advantage and/or Medicare Supplement experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Professional, organized, and dependable
- Experience using CRM systems and computer-based workflows
- Customer service or healthcare experience strongly preferred
