Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and feeding
- Provide attentive, personalized, and compassionate care in clients’ homes
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Support clients with companionship and emotional care
- Follow individualized care plans while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Deliver care with patience, respect, and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA license in good standing
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented mindset
- Experience in private duty, home care, assisted living, or skilled nursing preferred
- Ability to provide high-end, client-focused care with professionalism and discretion
