Always Shining ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for compassionate, dependable behavior techs who enjoy working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities using ABA principles.
Current Locations Available:
- Jersey City - 4 year old
- Mon - Fri: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Jersey City - 3 year old
- Mon, Tues, Thurs: 3:30–6:00 PM
- Sat & Sun: 10:00–1:00 PM
- Bayonne - 5 year old
- Mon - Thurs: 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM.Sat: 12:30 - 4:00 PM
- Summer hours:
- Mon - Thurs: 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM
- Friday: 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM
- Saturday: 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM
This is a great opportunity for experienced Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians looking for consistent after-school and weekend hours.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
- Experience as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (preferred)
- Reliable, patient, and professional
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
