Responsibilities
- Assist in framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, and fixture mounting to ensure precise construction outcomes
- Operate hand tools, power tools, safely and efficiently on various job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support accurate project execution
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Support concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, roofing, siding, and stucco applications as needed
- Contribute to restoration projects including water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, and water damage restoration
- Assist with fabrication of custom components and installation of doors, cabinets, flooring, tile, electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and other building elements
Requirements
- Prior experience in construction site work or related fields such as residential remodeling 5 year minimum .
- Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and metal stud framing
- Ability to operate hand tools (hammers, saws), power tools (drills, saws), and specialized equipment safely
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working at heights or in confined spaces
- Knowledge of various trades including carpentry
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is advantageous for job site access
