At Pazmino Dentistry, we are a fee-for-service practice dedicated to providing exceptional comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. What You'll Do
As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping patients understand and move forward with their dental care by:
- Building genuine relationships with patients and creating an outstanding experience.
- Presenting treatment plans with confidence, clarity, and compassion.
- Educating patients on the value and benefits of comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry.
- Coordinating treatment schedules to meet patients' needs and the doctor's goals.
- Helping patients navigate financial arrangements and payment options.
- Working closely with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service.
- Following up with patients to answer questions and encourage treatment acceptance.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is warm, confident, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Loves serving people and creating memorable patient experiences.
- Is comfortable discussing finances in a professional, caring manner.
- Has dental office experience (Treatment Coordinator experience preferred).
- Understands comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry or is eager to learn.
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Has experience using Eaglesoft would be a plus
