Position Overview:
As a Traveling Mental Health Therapist, you’ll deliver high-quality mental health services directly to residents in nursing and assisted living facilities. This role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, meaningful client relationships, and a flexible schedule. You’ll travel between designated facilities, providing therapy, assessments, and emotional support to help improve residents’ overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions with nursing home residents.

Complete comprehensive mental health assessments and individualized treatment plans.

Provide crisis intervention and behavioral support as needed.

Collaborate closely with facility staff, family members, and healthcare providers.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Travel between designated partner facilities according to a set weekly schedule.

Qualifications:
- Active Ohio license: LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S, LMFT (only).
- Experience working with older adults, dementia, depression, or anxiety preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
