Holiday Production & Decorating Associate
Position: Seasonal Full-Time + Overtime
Office/Warehouse Location: 5775 Monaco Street, Commerce City, CO 80022
Summary:
We are looking for a Holiday Production Associate to join our great team. This role will be a member of our Holiday Production & Decorating Team, helping build and execute on Holiday Décor designs for our clients.
What we’re looking for:
The right candidate:
- Is highly-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, dependable, hardworking, adaptable to change, and a team player
- Enjoys working with their hands
- Can replicate existing designs and develop new pieces efficiently
- Is proficient in tracking inventory and maintaining updates within our inventory management system
- Can work 50+ hours per week (including weekends) during the peak season, (Generally November through December)
- Has a passion for the Holiday season
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- Has a valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Work with Holiday Assets/Inventory to organize, build, and execute on Holiday Designs
- Examples of work include: Decorating a Tree with Ornaments and various other materials, Attaching Ornaments on Garland, Wreaths, and Trees, and Organizing décor to get it prepared for Installation
- Assist with the Decorating and Installation of Holiday Designs at client sites
- Replicating an existing design: For example, using a decorated wreath example and reproducing the same design using the same ornaments/materials
- Ensuring to keep accurate inventory counts within our inventory/warehouse management systems
Compensation: $19.29/hr - $21.00/hr
