At least 3 years of BIM design experience At least 3 years of relevant experience in electrical systems design and the construction industry
Handson experience in using Revit
understanding of how codes and standards shape design decisions
Experience following client design and modeling standards Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar markup software Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to estimate hours required for design and modeling efforts based on provided mark-ups and/or verbal direction requests
At least 3 years of Revit and/or AutoCAD design experience Understanding of data center environments Knowledge and design experience with power, cable routing, and lighting systems Knowledge of electrical systems and one-line diagrams
Pay: $27.00 per hour
