Centered Care of Michigan is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one pediatric home care throughout the Greater Lansing area.

Pay
- RN: $40/hour
- LPN: $38/hour
Available Shifts
We have multiple pediatric clients with a variety of schedules, including:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- Sunday–Thursday: 10:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.
- Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m.
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available
- Some cases include every other weekend and holiday rotations
About Our Pediatric Clients
Centered Care provides skilled nursing services for children with a variety of medical needs throughout the Greater Lansing area.
Clients may require:
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator management
- BiPAP support
- G-tube feedings and medication administration
- Hyperinsulinemia management
- Respiratory monitoring and assessments
- Total care assistance
- Medication administration and ongoing skilled nursing assessments
Paid training is available for nurses who are eager to learn and grow their pediatric skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the client's home
- Perform assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate with families and the interdisciplinary care team
- Promote a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment
Qualifications
- Current Michigan RN or LPN license
- Pediatric, tracheostomy, ventilator, or G-tube experience preferred, but not required
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and family-focused approach to care
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
