We're looking for a skilled Construction Carpenter who takes pride in building something exceptional. You'll work alongside an experienced team on custom home builds framing walls, setting timber, hanging doors, finishing trim and you'll see the results of your craftsmanship every single day.

Frame, build, and finish custom log homes and timber-frame structures from the ground up

Perform skilled carpentry including framing, rough and finish carpentry, drywall, and structural installation

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

Load, unload, and manage materials on active jobsites

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards no shortcuts

Collaborate daily with your crew to keep projects on schedule and at the highest quality

Represent Adirondack Customs with professionalism on every jobsite

Experience in construction or carpentry residential home building strongly preferred

Proficiency with hand and power tools in a construction setting

Ability to read blueprints and plans (or willingness to learn quickly)

Strong work ethic you show up, you work hard, you finish what you start

Attention to detail quality workmanship is non-negotiable

Team player positive attitude, reliable, and willing to help wherever needed

Physically capable comfortable working on your feet, lifting materials, and working outdoors in all seasons

Valid driver's license preferred
