Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, , and field service operations. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems using tools such as Ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation and compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions related to heating, cooling, refrigerating, and ventilation.
- Weld components as necessary for repairs or installations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system performance and recommendations for improvements.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used during each job.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field of HVAC/R.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration principles, and appliance repair techniques.
- Familiarity with tools used in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, including welding equipment.and duckwork.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel to job sites.
