You’ll start by training at one of our established locations, learning operations, sales, and leadership directly from experienced Spa Directors. Once ready, you’ll transition into leading a spa of your own.What We Offer

Duties
- Growing the membership base of your location
- Effectively manage spa associates, estheticians and therapists while motivating the team in a fun, fast paced environment
- Team Building including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling
- Selling memberships and delivering great customer service to existing and new clients
- Maintaining a professional and impeccable spa environment for members, guests and employees
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual membership, product and gift card goals
- Working various and changing days and hours (weekend days, opening and closing required)
- Expect to work 45-50 hours a week
Job Requirements:
- A strong sales mentality
- A commitment to excellence
- At least five years experience managing large teams
- A passion for people and sales
- High level of enthusiasm to motivate and coach
- Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
- Some Retail or sales experience with “membership based” sales model is a huge plus
- Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
- Relevant and successful experience in a hospitality, spa, retail, or fitness setting while holding a position of responsibility
