We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our Koi Sushi team. The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping all dishes, kitchen equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized.
- Properly store clean dishes and kitchen supplies.
- Assist with taking out trash and keeping trash areas clean.
- Help maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and back-of-house areas.
- Follow all sanitation and food safety procedures.
- Assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning and other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Reliable and responsible.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Previous dishwasher or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
- Availability to work weekdays and/or weekends.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
