Restaurant Support Staff | Host Busser Food Runner
Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour including tips
$12/hour base wage + tip pool averaging an additional $6–$12+/hour, depending on business volume, sales, and hours worked.
Sake Hospitality Group is looking for Restaurant Support Staff to join our restaurant teams in Missoula. Our group includes Cafe Mimosa, Cucina Florabella, Saketome Sushi, and Michi Ramen Bar, each offering a different restaurant environment, menu, and schedule.
This role is for someone who likes to stay busy and can move between responsibilities throughout a shift. Support staff are an important part of keeping service running smoothly and may assist with hosting, bussing, food running, expo, stocking, cleaning, takeout orders, dishes, and other restaurant needs depending on the location and shift.
We're looking for people who are fast-paced, calm under pressure, strong multitaskers, and self-sufficient. You should be able to recognize what needs to be done, prioritize it, and jump in without always waiting for someone to tell you what to do next.
Restaurant experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. Reliability, awareness, work ethic, and attitude are just as important to us as experience.
