What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to Directors of Nursing, Administrators, and Compliance Officers at SNFs in your territory
- Conduct product demos using QAPIShield's guided demo script and slide deck
- Manage your pipeline and update deal status in our CRM
- Close subscription contracts and hand off to our onboarding team
- Build long-term relationships with facility leadership for referrals and upsells
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years selling into skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, or post-acute settings
- Existing relationships with SNF administrators, DONs, or compliance teams — this is our #1 criteria
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with QAPI, CMS regulations, or healthcare compliance is a major plus
- Experience with SaaS or healthcare technology sales preferred, but not required

Pay: $68,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
