Responsibilities:
Lead by Example: As a Charge Nurse you will be responsible to provide high-quality patient care and achieve excellent clinical outcomes.

Staff Development: You will work closely with our nursing staff to identify training needs and develop strategies to improve their skills and knowledge.

Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) License or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): A valid RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan is required.
Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
