Duties
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and live chat to promote vehicle inventory and special offers
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and upsell additional products or services
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions and progress
- Negotiate deals effectively by understanding customer needs, vehicle values, and financing options to close high-end sales successfully
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients, including dealerships and corporate accounts, to expand business opportunities
- Utilize marketing tools and strategies to attract new prospects and increase online visibility of inventory
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and organizational skills to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Assist in inventory management and control by providing feedback on popular models and customer preferences
- Support the sales team with retail math calculations, inventory control, and sales support activities to meet dealership goals
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales within the automotive or retail industry preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems is highly desirable
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience in dealership or automobile sales, including inventory control and retail math calculations, is advantageous
- Excellent public speaking skills for presentations or virtual meetings with clients
- Demonstrated ability to handle cold calling campaigns, outbound sales efforts, and upselling techniques successfully
- Strong organizational skills combined with effective communication skills to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
