The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across agency-owned houses and buildings, ensuring that all programmatic facility needs are met efficiently and safely. This role includes direct supervision of maintenance staff and coordination with program leadership to support day-to-day and emergency operations.
Specifically, you will:
- Facility & Systems Management: Oversee site operations, conduct preventive maintenance, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, alarm, and climate control systems to ensure safe and efficient facilities.
- Work Order & Resource Coordination: Prioritize and assign maintenance requests while maintaining accountability for tools, equipment, inventory, and related resources.
- Vendor & Compliance Oversight: Coordinate contractors, inspections, permits, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance across all sites.
- Staff & Fleet Management: Support maintenance staff recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and oversee agency vehicle inspections, maintenance, and safety.
- Safety & Operational Excellence: Promote workplace safety, address hazards promptly, and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions to program operations.

We require:
- Five (5) years of general maintenance experience; prior supervisory experience preferred
- Valid and Qualified NYS Driver’s License
