EduCounsel is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager for ITG Academy
ABOUT ITG ACADEMY
ITG Academy is an ACHC-accredited substance use disorder treatment and recovery organization in Prince George's County, Maryland. We offer a comprehensive continuum of care including PHP, IOP, Outpatient (OP), Medication Management, and DUI/DWI programming serving both adults and juveniles. Our 30+ residential beds across five sober living homes provide structured housing that works in conjunction with our clinical programs, The Promise Counseling Center (outpatient therapy), and In The Gap Institute (training and consulting). We are a full recovery ecosystem, not just a treatment program.
We are growing toward $250K/month in revenue and we need an operational leader who can run the day-to-day of the practice so that leadership can focus on growth. If you thrive in fast-paced clinical environments, can handle compliance without hand-holding, and bring structure to chaos — keep reading.
