Elevation ELITE Vacation Rental Mgmt LLC is seeking a part-time experienced vacation rental cleaner for Flagstaff, AZ. The individual should have reliable transportation, a cell phone with good service, be comfortable working alone, not have a record for tardiness/missed days, dedicated, and upbeat! This is a part-time position. Must be able to work weekends, as we are open 365 days/year. Please only apply if you have a minimum of 1 year experience servicing vacation rentals/hotels and references.
Responsibilities:
- Clean, stock and supply vacation rentals
- Carry out standard cleansing tasks
- Notify management of any damage at the location
- Notify management of any items left at the location
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Experience in hotel/vacation rental cleaning and sanitation practices
- Strong customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Previous hotel/vacation rental cleaning is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional towel and toilet paper folding
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable cell phone/cell phone provider
- Proven time management skills-must arrive on time
