About the Role
Our client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role is critical to ensuring parts are accurately processed, packaged, and shipped while maintaining high-quality and compliance standards.

What You’ll Do
- Verify job numbers and ensure all prior operations are completed before shipment
- Inspect incoming and outgoing parts for cleanliness, quantity, and visible defects
- Package parts according to company, customer, and industry standards
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Certificates of Conformance (C of C’s)
- Ensure all material and process certifications are included with shipments
- Prioritize and expedite urgent (“hot”) jobs as needed
- Perform local pick-ups and deliveries when required
- Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ months of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment
- Familiarity with shipping paperwork, certifications, or compliance processes
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
- Frequent use of hands for handling, packaging, and inspection
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Work Environment
- Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
- PPE may be required depending on the task
Additional Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be eligible to comply with ITAR/EAR regulations
