Project Coordinator (Project Manager)

Position Summary
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing every sold roofing project from the moment it enters production until the homeowner receives final completion. This role ensures every project is organized, on schedule, properly documented, and completed to HTR Legacy Roofing standards.
The Project Coordinator serves as the primary point of communication between the homeowner, sales team, subcontractors, suppliers, and office staff. Success in this role means jobs stay on schedule, crews have everything they need, homeowners stay informed, and projects are completed correctly the first time.
Primary Responsibilities
Production Management
- Manage all active roofing projects.
- Schedule jobs based on weather, crew availability, and material delivery.
- Coordinate installation dates with homeowners.
- Monitor project timelines and production deadlines.
- Ensure every project moves smoothly through each production stage.
Crew Coordination
- Schedule subcontractor crews.
- Verify crews have work orders, material lists, and project information.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate additional labor when necessary.
- Ensure crews follow company standards and safety requirements.
Material Management
- Verify material orders before installation.
- Coordinate deliveries with suppliers.
- Confirm materials arrive complete and on time.
- Handle shortages or damaged materials immediately.
- Track leftover materials and returns.
Quality Control
- Review pre-installation documentation.
- Verify field measurements.
- Ensure required photos are taken.
- Inspect completed projects for quality.
- Confirm punch list items are completed before closing the project.
Homeowner Communication
- Contact homeowners before installation.
- Provide project expectations.
- Keep customers updated throughout production.
- Address customer concerns.
- Schedule final walkthroughs.
- Maintain excellent customer service.
Documentation
Maintain complete project files including:
- Photos
- Material orders
- Change orders
- Supplements
- Production notes
- Completion documents
- Warranty paperwork
- Final invoices
Problem Resolution
Quickly resolve:
- Material shortages
- Weather delays
- Crew issues
- Customer concerns
- Change orders
- Jobsite problems
- Supplier issues
Daily Responsibilities
- Review active production schedule.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $197.01 - $350.00 per day
