Entry Level Field Service Technician (Pest and Termite Control)
No experience required. We will train the right person.
This is a physically active field position working in residential and commercial environments performing pest, termite, and related services. We are a small, locally owned company serving the Longview area. We are looking for someone dependable, professional, mechanically minded, and capable of working independently once trained.

What You'll Do
- Perform pest control services at homes and businesses
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Drive a company service vehicle safely and responsibly
- Mix and apply products according to label requirements and company procedures
- Complete service documentation and job notes
- Inspect structures and identify pest activity
- Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicle cleanliness
- Work outdoors in heat, cold, crawlspaces, and attics
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with clean driving history
- Ability to use smartphones, mobile applications, web-based software, and basic computer systems
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, job notes, company policies, and procedures
- Ability to navigate efficiently to unfamiliar locations using GPS, mapping applications, and location technology
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Comfortable with ladders, crawlspaces, attics, insects, and rodents
- Good communication and time management skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Once licensed and authorized to perform services independently, willingness to work occasional Saturdays, holidays, or on-call shifts as business needs require

Schedule
Typical schedule is Monday–Friday.
Report time is 7:00 AM. End time is typically around 5:00 PM, though hours can vary depending on workload, season, and route completion.
Pay
Pay starts at $15.00 per hour but depends on experience, work ethic, reliability, and ability to learn quickly. Productive, licensed technicians can earn substantially more than the starting wage through licensing advancement, performance, and production-based compensation.
