Salary Range: $56,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Minimum of three years of experience in property restoration or project management.
IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD) and Mold Remediation (AMRT).
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with property owners and insurance adjusters.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Oversee all phases of restoration projects from the initial site inspection to final completion.
Develop accurate scopes of work, project plans, and maintain profitable projects.
Coordinate schedules for technicians and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on track.
Maintain open lines of communication with property owners, keeping them informed about the progress of their repairs.
Prepare detailed documentation required by insurance carriers.
Perform regular site visits to ensure work quality meets our internal standards and industry regulations.
Manage job documentation, including moisture logs, daily progress notes, and photo records.
Ensure that all equipment is utilized efficiently and returned to the warehouse in good working order.
