What You'll Do:

Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific policies, screening visitors, managing access procedures, and/or answering questions in a professional manner.

Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and credentials, issue visitor badges or access permissions as directed, and report unusual activity or policy concerns.

Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate site personnel or emergency services when needed.

Support a healthcare location by maintaining visitor logs, documenting incidents, receiving deliveries or directing vendors, and helping to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Perform routine front desk security-related duties such as monitoring cameras, answering phones, maintaining post records, and communicating clearly with staff, guests, and/or contractors.
Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
