If you've built your career in home improvement, roofing, construction, or insurance-claims sales — and you're used to generating your own business, hitting real numbers, and getting paid for performance — this is built for you. About half your week is spent building your own pipeline — door-to-door prospecting, referrals, and territory development — and the other half converting warm, company-generated leads from our in-house R3 marketing system. And unlike a lot of sales roles, we hold you to clear specific sales quotas and performance targets, because we want people who are motivated by hitting numbers, not just staying busy.

2+ years of proven, quota-driven outside sales success — home improvement, roofing, restoration, or insurance-claims experience preferred
- Comfort prospecting and building your own business — not just working leads handed to you
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Tech-savvy with CRM tools and mobile sales apps
