Qualifications
- 3–5 years of recent experience as a Trim Carpenter or Window Installer.
- Experience working in high-end custom residential construction preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing exceptional work.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Trim Carpenter Responsibilities
- Install baseboards, crown molding, door and window casing, shiplap, T&G, and other finish trim.
- Read measurements accurately and complete clean, precise installations.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
Window Installer Responsibilities
- Install residential windows and exterior doors according to manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure proper leveling, fastening, flashing, sealing, and weatherproofing.
- Complete installations that meet our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- Basic hand tools.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and safely work on ladders and active construction sites.
- Full-time W-2 employees only. No subcontractors.
