Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of hotel rooms, making beds, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and efficiency
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms and common areas regularly
- Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and applying appropriate floor care techniques to preserve their condition
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and cleaning products to ensure all needs are met promptly
- Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally while maintaining privacy and discretion
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeper management is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
