The Role
MUST HAVE DEEP EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO OPERATE MULTI-UNIT EXPERIENTIAL ENTERTAINMENT VENUES!
This role will oversee multi-unit operations with a focus on execution, leadership development, profitability, and operational excellence. You will work directly with ownership and executive leadership to scale the business while protecting the soul of what makes our concepts special.
This is for someone who understands that great operations live at the intersection of people, systems, culture, and experience.
What You’ll Own
- Driving operational performance across multiple venues Building systems that scale without sacrificing hospitality Developing and mentoring leadership teams Managing labor, P&L performance, and cost controls Elevating guest satisfaction and service standards Helping open new locations and launch new concepts Collaborating across culinary, marketing, events, and leadership Creating operational discipline inside fast-moving, high-energy environments
Who You Are
- A proven multi-unit operator with strong hospitality instincts Experienced in high-volume, experience-driven environments Financially sharp and operationally disciplined A culture builder and talent developer Comfortable in fast-growth, entrepreneurial companies Calm under pressure and thrives in organized chaos Passionate about hospitality, entertainment, and creating moments

Pay: $100,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
