Job Summary
We're Hiring a Mobile Pet groomer to join our passionate team at Prosper/Aubrey/Little Elm Pet Grooming. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a strong commitment to providing excellent care and grooming services. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of pets while delivering high-quality grooming services that meet the needs of our clients.
What We Offer:
- Up to 50% commission + 100% of tips

Responsibilities:
- Perform full-service grooms (baths, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming van
- Communicate clearly with pet parents about grooming preferences and pet needs
- Ensure each pet’s safety and comfort throughout the grooming process
- Communicate clearly with pet owners about grooming preferences, special needs, or health concerns observed during appointments
- Manage scheduling efficiently to maximize daily appointments while providing excellent customer service
Requirements
- 5+ Proven experience in pet grooming with a strong understanding of dog handling techniques and animal restraint methods
- Mobile grooming experience is a plus
- Familiarity with pet grooming tools, techniques, and safety protocols for various dog sizes and coat types
- Ability to lift heavy objects such as large dogs or equipment when needed
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members
- A genuine love for animals combined with a professional attitude dedicated to providing top-quality pet care
