The Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Pool Technician to join our team. You’ll be the "hero of the backyard," ensuring our clients' pools are sparkling, safe, and mechanically sound. This isn’t just about skimming leaves; it’s about mastering water chemistry and maintaining the high-end equipment that keeps the water moving.
What You’ll Do
- Routine Maintenance: Brush, vacuum, and skim pools to keep them debris-free.
- Water Chemistry: Test water samples and apply the correct balance of chemicals (Chlorine, Acid, Soda Ash, etc.) to maintain safe pH and sanitizer levels.
- Equipment Inspection: Check pumps, filters, heaters, and salt cells for leaks or mechanical issues.
- Filter Service: Perform routine filter cleanings and backwashing.
- Customer Interaction: Provide friendly updates to homeowners and document services via our mobile tracking app.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 year in pool service preferred, but we will train the right candidate with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in [Insert Climate, e.g., high heat/humidity], and stay on your feet for several hours.
- Reliability: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are non-negotiable.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to troubleshoot why a pump is humming or why a pool is turning green.

Pay: $12.00 - $22.00 per hour
