Position: Weekend RN Supervisor
Location: Rahway, NJ
Schedule: PRN | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $50–$55 per hour
Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Weekend RN Supervisor to support our nursing leadership team and ensure exceptional resident care. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced long-term care environment.
Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with daily nursing operations
Ensure nursing staff adhere to facility policies, job descriptions, and regulatory requirements
Participate in state surveys, audits, and inspections as needed
Conduct routine rounds to monitor quality of care and clinical standards
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts
Active RN license in the State of New Jersey
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility, or Nursing Home setting
Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
