Account Manager – Paradym Advisors Co.
Paradym Advisors Co. is seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to support growth initiatives through direct engagement with business owners and decision-makers.
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, leading structured conversations, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering tailored solutions that align with each client’s operational goals.
This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where your ability to execute and build relationships directly impacts results.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business owners to assess current operations and identify opportunities for growth
- Present tailored solutions aligned with client needs and long-term objectives
- Manage the full client lifecycle, from initial conversation through onboarding and ongoing support
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through consistent communication
- Conduct structured, consultative conversations that drive decision-making and close new business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
- Track daily activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Maintain consistent follow-up to support retention and account expansion
Role Expectations
This is an in-person, territory-based role requiring professionalism, consistency, and accountability.
- Regular interaction with business clients in a designated territory

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presence with the ability to engage decision-makers

- Coachable with the ability to quickly implement feedback
- Prior experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles is preferred but not required
Compensation
This position offers a combination of base pay and performance-based commissions.
On-target earnings (OTE) typically range from $75,000 – $100,000+ annually, depending on individual performance.

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
