Responsibilities
- Frame and assemble pole barn structures using heavy lifting techniques, carpentry, metal stud framing, and concrete forming methods.
- Install metal roofing panels with precision, ensuring proper alignment, sealing (caulking), and fastening for weather-tight results.
- Perform siding installation, trim carpentry as needed to complete the building envelope.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, fabricate, and install structural components according to schematics and specifications.
Experience
- Prior construction experience with pole barn building or roofing is highly preferred; familiarity with roofing systems such as metal panels is essential.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Skills in framing carpentry are advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on quality workmanship throughout each project.
- Experience in operating equipment such as sissor lifts, skidster, excavator is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
