We are seeking a driven Assistant General Manager to support the leadership of our Littleton location and play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and customer satisfaction—while preparing for future General Manager opportunities.
Position Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) partners closely with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and develop the team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow into a senior management role. The AGM acts as a role model for company values, supports operational excellence, and helps drive sales, profitability, and culture.
Leadership & Team Development
Support the General Manager in executing management responsibilities in compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training team members. Lead shifts and supervise team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and recognition. Help identify high-potential employees and support development and succession planning. Address employee performance issues and policy concerns in partnership with the General Manager. Maintain a positive, respectful, and engaging work environment. Lead by example, modeling professionalism, hospitality, and accountability.
Customer Experience & Sales
Ensure exceptional customer service during every shift. Assist with resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally. Execute corporate programs, promotions, and initiatives consistently. Support sales-building initiatives and suggestive selling techniques. Monitor customer feedback and help implement service recovery strategies.
Operations & Financial Support
Assist in managing daily operations including opening, closing, and shift execution. Support cost controls related to labor, food, and inventory. Monitor daily sales, staffing levels, and labor efficiency. Assist with inventory counts, ordering, and proper food handling. Ensure adherence to recipes, portion control, and quality standards. Support cash handling, deposits, and basic financial reporting.
Facility & Safety
Enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Ensure proper use, care, and cleanliness of all equipment. Assist in maintaining the restaurant facility and company assets. Comply with all local health department and brand standards.
Additional Responsibilities
Step into the General Manager role when needed during absences. Participate in training and development programs. Support company initiatives and brand standards. Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds; bend, reach, and stoop; work in all areas of the restaurant; use hands for food preparation, tools, and equipment; communicate clearly with customers and team members; and taste and smell food products for quality assurance.
Qualifications
Required: Previous experience in restaurant leadership or shift management; strong communication and people-leadership skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; basic understanding of food safety, labor management, and operations; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred: Fast-casual or QSR management experience; exposure to scheduling, inventory, or cost control; desire to advance into a General Manager role; franchise restaurant experience.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
