Position Overview
As the Parts Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the Parts Department — responsible for inventory accuracy, vendor relationships, team leadership, and exceptional customer support. You’ll manage daily operations while developing your team, driving profitability, and ensuring seamless collaboration with Service and Sales.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader, highly organized, and experienced in parts operations with a mindset focused on efficiency, growth, and customer satisfaction.

Lead all day-to-day operations of the Parts Department, including inventory control, purchasing, and retail/wholesale sales

Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of parts professionals

Maintain optimal inventory levels through strategic ordering and vendor management

Ensure accuracy of all parts transactions, including receiving, returns, and cycle counts

Partner closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Sales to support repair efficiency and customer needs

Drive department profitability through pricing strategies, promotions, and operational improvements

Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining a premium experience

Uphold company standards for safety, cleanliness, organization, and compliance

Stay current on automotive and powersports trends, parts updates, and new product offerings

Proven experience in parts management or automotive/powersports parts operations

Strong technical knowledge of parts, systems, and inventory processes

Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with parts management systems and Microsoft Office

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or industry certifications preferred

Valid driver’s license
