We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
- Help customers locate products and answer any questions they may have.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
- Utilize basic math skills to handle cash and provide accurate change.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse customers effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
- Familiarity with product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Knowledge of retail math concepts to assist in inventory management and sales analysis.
