What We’re Looking For
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in North Carolina
- Certified to deliver local anesthesia (or willing to become certified)
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus, but not required
- Team-oriented mindset
- Strong commitment to excellent patient care
- New grads welcome!
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including assessments and preventive treatment
- Perform cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Educate patients on oral health and hygiene habits
- Administer local anesthesia safely and confidently
- Maintain accurate clinical records and HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Utilize dental software such as Open Dental for patient management and scheduling
- Work closely with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience
