Home Instead is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager (who has the capacity to be groomed to the Director/General Manager level) to lead the growth of our client services function for our personal care home care agency serving Palm Beach County.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys exceeding client expectations, focusing on client retention, driving growth, leveraging technology, and being accountable for results. As the agency's client services operational leader, you'll be responsible for increasing client service hours, developing referral relationships, improving service hour growth, and ensuring exceptional care for seniors and their families.
Technology Leadership Required
This is a technology-forward organization. You will be required to display a solid understanding and curiosity of how technology solutions can be integrated across agency operations
The ideal candidate has advanced experience using:
- WellSky proficiency is required for client and caregiver management, and scheduling success
- AI and automation tools
- Knowledge of HR systems is a plus
- KPI dashboards and performance reporting

Key Responsibilities
- Grow client service hours and improve inquiry-to-client conversion rates
- Lead marketing, business development, and referral growth initiatives
- Create a culture of accountability
- Oversee client onboarding and retention
- Support our New Hire Orientation process including faciltation of certain content
- Ensure compliance with Florida AHCA regulations and maintain audit-ready records
- Implement systems and processes that improve operational performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in home care, healthcare, senior care, or a related industry
- Strong sales, marketing, and client services experience
- Knowledge of Florida AHCA ASPEN personal care agency regulations required
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to drive growth and hold teams accountable
