About Our Program

We use Teaching Strategies/Creative Curriculum® to design engaging lessons based on children's emerging interests, blending play, culture, creativity, and independence.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Create a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe, document, and assess children's growth and learning
- Maintain a well-organized and inviting classroom space
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
- Collaborate with fellow educators to support a high-quality learning environment

Qualifications:
- Experience in early childhood education preferred
- CDA, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to pass a fingerprint/background check
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- A genuine passion for hands-on, play-based learning using natural and cultural resources

Schedule Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday-Friday:
- Flexible scheduling available
- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- 8-hour shift with 1-hour lunch
