Position Details
Position: Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas
Service Area: North Central Arkansas and Southern Missouri
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $30-$38 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $4,000
Vehicle: Company Vehicle Provided
What You'll Do
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will support patients requiring respiratory care services in the comfort of their homes while managing an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home respiratory assessments and evaluations
- Set up and manage oxygen therapy equipment
- Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed therapies
- Troubleshoot respiratory and oxygen equipment
- Monitor patient compliance and treatment effectiveness
- Complete VA oxygen setups and related respiratory services
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Provide ongoing patient education and follow-up care
- Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule
- Deliver outstanding patient-centered respiratory care
Qualifications
Required
- Active Respiratory Therapist License (RRT or CRT)
- Minimum of 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
- Experience with oxygen therapy and respiratory equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and manage territory responsibilities
Preferred
- Home Health Experience
- Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Experience
- Oxygen Therapy Experience
- CPAP/BiPAP Experience
- Ventilator Management Experience
- VA Patient Experience
- In-Home Patient Care Experience
