Client Experience & Operations

Manage appointments, check-ins, and scheduling flow efficiently

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk environment

Support clinic presentation and client comfort, including beverages and atmosphere
Lead Management & Patient Coordination

Handle incoming inquiries via calls, texts, and online leads promptly

Maintain accurate CRM and patient records with attention to detail

Follow up with leads to support booking conversion and retention

Coordinate clear communication between clients and the clinical team
Sales Training & Professional Growth

Participate in the consultation flow and client journey to learn sales strategies

Develop communication and conversion skills through hands-on experience
