What You'll Do
- Provide patient-centered care under the guidance of experienced nursing professionals
- Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
- Develop clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge plans
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to quality and safety standards
- Participate in orientation, training, and ongoing professional development programs
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, compassion, and excellence in patient care
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state of practice, or eligible for licensure prior to start date
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (Required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient care and a commitment to continuous learning
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic clinical setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Participation in nursing leadership, clinical rotations, externships, or student organizations
