Position: Marketing & Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time/Hybrid)
Location: Wray or Windsor, Colorado
Pay: $18 - $23 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Hourly employee or contract position (flexible based on candidate). Approximately 20 hours per week.
About This Role
We’re looking for a creative, reliable person who enjoys creating content, filming reels, and bringing ideas to life.
This role supports marketing efforts for multiple community-focused banks, including Wray State Bank, Windsor State Bank, and Brush State Bank. Each location operates with its own unique brand, audience, and marketing approach, which means you’ll have the opportunity to create a variety of content and contribute to different styles of campaigns.
This position will include a hybrid schedule, but in-person work is required for filming social media content (reels, photos, video, etc.), collaborating with the team, and supporting local marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Do

Create and post content on social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Film and edit short-form videos (reels, stories, promos)

Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions

Help grow brand presence and engagement

Create marketing materials such as flyers, ads, and email graphics

Assist with website updates and email marketing

Track engagement and suggest ideas for improvement

Research competitor marketing and community trends

Assist with community events, sponsorships, and local outreach
What We’re Looking For

Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Basic video filming/editing skills (phone + apps are fine – pro tools a bonus)

Creative, self-motivated, and dependable

Able to work independently and follow through

Willing to be on-site at times for content creation and collaboration
Bonus (Not Required)

Canva, Adobe, or design experience

Basic knowledge of Google Analytics

Photography/videography experience
