Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and gather information about vehicle issues or service needs.
- Provide clear, accurate estimates and explain recommended repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinate service appointments and manage workflow between customers and technicians.
- Maintain accurate service records and update customers on progress.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
