About the Role
As a Manufacturing Floor Supervisor, you will lead high-precision machining operations, ensuring peak efficiency and output in a fast-paced environment. You will drive team performance and equipment reliability, playing a critical role in delivering complex, close-tolerance components for advanced industrial sectors.
Responsibilities-
Direct daily production workflows for CNC machining centers, including Makino and UMC systems, to meet rigorous delivery schedules.

Oversee comprehensive equipment maintenance programs, including troubleshooting, service scheduling, and procurement of necessary components.

Foster a high-performance culture by providing actionable feedback, professional development, and clear goal alignment for all department personnel.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards, protecting company assets and maintaining operational integrity.

Collaborate with Engineering and Quoting departments to communicate capacity, optimize mechanical processes, and streamline prototyping workflows.

Document operational irregularities and shift transitions to ensure seamless continuity across all production cycles.

Proven leadership experience in a high-tolerance precision machining environment.

Technical proficiency with CNC milling (3-4 axis VMC) and CNC Swiss Lathe operations.

Strong working knowledge of ERP and MRP systems for production tracking.

Demonstrated ability to manage team performance and foster a collaborative work environment.

Direct experience working within AS9100 quality management systems.

Experience with CNC machine installation and complex process optimization.

Background in rapid-turn job shop environments serving robotics or automation industries.
