As our CNC Manufacturing Process Programmer, you’ll develop and optimize programs that keep our mills, lathes, and Swiss machines producing precision parts to exacting standards.

Programming new and existing parts for milling and turning operations.

Setting up and operating CNC equipment to validate programs and first-article runs.

Interpreting drawings, models, and specifications to build accurate machining plans.

Conducting checks and measurements to verify results meet spec.

Collaborating with engineering and production to troubleshoot issues quickly.

Keeping program files, setup sheets, and revisions organized and up to date.

Driving continuous improvement to enhance safety, quality, and throughput.

Proven experience as a CNC programmer or similar position.

Expertise with CNC machining workflows and G-code.

Strong print-reading and schematic interpretation skills.

Familiarity with CAD/CAM; GibbsCAM experience is a plus.

Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.

The ability to work independently while thriving in a team setting.

A high school diploma or equivalent; a machining certificate or technical degree preferred.

CNC programming (creating, editing, optimizing).
-
Setup and changeover on CNC equipment.
-
Machine geometry, tram, and alignment principles.
-
Manual machining techniques when they’re the right tool for the job.
