We are a group of dental offices committed to providing exceptional patient care in a clean and welcoming environment. To maintain our facilities, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person/Handyman to ensure the upkeep of our office locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across all office locations, including minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
- Cut and maintain the lawn and landscaping at all office locations.
- Change light bulbs and replace other necessary fixtures when needed.
- Patch and paint walls to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
- Move office furniture and equipment as needed to support operations and office setups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure all office spaces are safe, functional, and well-maintained at all times.
- Keep maintenance logs and communicate any significant repairs or needs to office management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in general maintenance, handyman services, or a related field.
- Basic , and carpentry work.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as mowing and landscaping.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A reliable, proactive, and team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between office locations.
